My StoryAfter years of sifting through depression brought on by rejection, abuse, and deception, I found a way to put a stop to the trail of self-destructive thoughts. By using imagery, we CAN direct our thought patterns to a peaceful place, that has no room for misery. I have been training my thoughts for several years now, and I want to share the process with you.
